I paid top dollar for what was supposed to be professional legal representation, but instead received misinformation and a level of disorganization that could have seriously harmed my case. Honestly, a free public defender would have been more helpful.
Most concerning was that I was given advice by staff that, if followed, could have created serious legal consequences for me. I ultimately had to verify and correct information on my own to avoid potential problems.
At my court appearance, I actually had to leave the courtroom after my case was called to notify my attorney because the paralegal was not paying attention and the attorney was in another room handling a different matter. That level of unpreparedness was unacceptable.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was never clearly informed whether I would even have representation for my second court date. I only received confirmation after I contacted the office myself the day before the hearing. Because of that lack of communication, I had been preparing to represent myself the entire time.
In the end, the firm provided no meaningful assistance or benefit to my case. The outcome would have been the same regardless of whether I had hired representation. I paid a premium for legal services that were disorganized, poorly communicated, and potentially dangerous.

Attorney John fink did as expected. Actually went above and beyond and made sure the prosecutor(s) stuck to the deal and even made sure it was reduced to a violation. Make sure to let him know what time your court Date is(he’s very punctual)!overall a very good traffic court lawyer. I do recommend him. He’s worth every RED CENT.

Worst law firm possible!! They forgot about my court date and it was only after the court appointed attorney called them that they sent a replacement id never spoken to who knew nothing about my case. 8 hours waiting for them when I paid $5k what a waste of money. They did nothing for my case, were rude, unprofessional and treated me poorly. I should have filed a grievance but was advised they may be retaliatory. Don’t walk, run away from them. John Milton from the Devil’s Advocate would be a wiser choice.

I had a great experience with Robert. He was Focused, Energetic, Thorough and followed through with all of our communications. Most importantly, during our exchanges, he had a very friendly manner, yet was extremely locked in and focused on everything I was saying and presenting to him. Great Job in my opinion.

Joseph Caladera did an exceptional job representing my son, who was facing three felony charges. Thanks to his skill and dedication, the case was completely dismissed. He was professional, compassionate, and kept us informed every step of the way. Emily the paralegal was also great with communication throughout the entire process. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend to anyone in need of a great defense attorney.
