Best lawyer you can get without a question. I was charged with a 2nd offense DUI tier 3 and was facing a lot of jail time. Evan got it down to a tier 1 and just some house arrest. I am beyond thankful and blessed. He is worth every penny he asked for and more. Do not hesitate to hire him.

Evan Kelly has represented me for multiple criminal cases through Chester County, and he is without a doubt the best attorney in Chesco. I hired Evan because of a very complicated case that other attorneys told me I had no chance of beating let alone receive time in prison.
