Absolutely terrible title company to work with. I have closed on many properties over the years, with several different title companies. Breen & Person is in a completely different league, and not in a good way.
Here are just a few of the issues that occurred:
• The wrong property address was titled in my name, while the correct property was titled in someone else’s name.
Linda Hurst mistakenly included me on a private email chain containing another individual’s personal financial information — someone I do not know.
• Brad Person came to my property to have me sign corrective documents, only to discover upon arrival that he had been sent the wrong paperwork. His response was, “They sent me with the incorrect docs — just sign on this line I made and I’ll have the office fix it.” I was also cc'd into an email where I could see his responses to coming to meet with me to sign more corrective paperwork -- he was very rude with his co-workers because I he wanted me to come to his office to correct their screwups for it was more convenient for him.
• When I received the “corrected” documents, both PID addresses were still incorrect, and one of the PIDs had been arbitrarily reassigned to a different entity that I own.
I am now being forced to contact the county myself to correct address-related mistakes that should never have occurred in the first place.
Lastly, I sent an email to the firm explaining all of these frustrating events and never heard a response. Kelly Trowbridge, Linda Hurst and Brad Person were all involved in this closing.

I had an phone conversation with Brad in which he agreed to take a case for me . I had a tight timeline. A day or so later he sent a email stating he didn't have time. He was very insensitive and disrespectful in my opinion. I would not recommend Breen and Person Law Firm.

Had an issue with a property title that Brad Person actually created. Mr Person had petitioned the court to change the owners name from a deceased owner to a daughters name, problem was property was in my name already. Mr Person said he would take care of the issue and I paid him. He called me a few days later and said he couldnt represent me because he represented the previous owner. Never sent my money back. Apparently Mr Person didn't do a title search or any due diligence or it would have shown I was the owner.

I would give a zero star rating if possible. Mr Person is extremely unprofessional and swears at clients. He is easily angered by very simple questions. We did not chose him, unfortunately the attorney who prepared my father's will & trust died before my father passed and Breen & Person took over the deceased attorney's client roster. We hired another attorney to walk our family through the will & trust because Mr Person was not answering basic questions nor did he even do a reading of the will to the beneficiaries. He had the audacity to put in writing that a $40,000 dispute was "joke". That's a lot of money to most people. I would never recommend him and if I were The "Breen" in Breen & Person I would sever ties with Mr Person as the numerous 1 star reviews all complain about Mr Person. He does not have a suitable temperament to be in his profession. He 100% should not be working with grieving family.

I had a very difficult case when it came to closing my house, Kiri and Brad we're able to quickly and efficiently solve the issue and help me close on time! Buying and selling is already stressful I was so great ful to have the team at Breen and person take care of me so It didn't all fall on my shoulders!
