I cannot recommend Thomas Carroll Balevuelt highly enough. I came to him in a really bad spot, I had been pulled over and charged with five separate offenses at once: speeding (clocked at 101 mph), reckless driving, unsafe lane change, failure to signal, and improper passing. Combined, I was facing 17+ points, possible jail time, a lengthy license suspension, and insurance increases that could have affected me financially for years.
Mr. Balevuelt walked me through every charge, explained exactly what I was up against, and was completely honest about what was realistic. On the day of court, he got four of the five charges dismissed outright and negotiated the remaining speeding ticket down from 101 mph to 94 mph. That reduction kept me out of the 30+ mph over limit bracket, lowered the points from 5 to 4, and limited the suspension to just 15 days instead of what could easily have been months.
He was responsive, professional, prepared, and clearly very familiar with both the prosecutors and the court process. The outcome speaks for itself. If you are facing any kind of traffic or municipal court matter in New Jersey, do yourself a favor and call him before you do anything else. Worth every penny.

Mr. Blauvelt is an amazing lawyer that helped me get threw an extremely difficult court case. If it was not for his services I don't know what would of happened. But the out come was the best I could of even imagined! He is super nice and very quick to respond to questions. I will recommend him to all my friends, family or anyone that needs a lawyer.
