I had the pleasure of working with Kim Law during a challenging time with my mom's case, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Despite being out of town, Mr. Kim and his assistant went above and beyond to accommodate our situation.

I am only posting this review due to Mr. Kim's peach of an assistant. I only called for a friend who is incarcerated at this time. He asked me to call because his calls had been blocked. I did not ask why, I said I would call and leave a voicemail. His assistant answered, said he wasn't in the office and I asked for VM. She then asked if I was a client. I told her no, only calling for a friend who is the client and I am calling due to his calls being blocked. She then was very rude, getting loud with me explaining why calls were blocked. Mind you I did not mention the client's name (my guess is my friend was blowing up the phone just shortly before I called), but dhe did assume. She was rudely explaining to me being quite loud about why the calls were blocked. They were collect calls which apparently they do not accept. And apparently their client wasn't aware. Had he been he would have made a free call to that office instead of using a free call to me asking me to call. I was nice to her and telling her I am calling on behalf of my friend and that I knew nothing other than the message I was asked to deliver to Mr. Kim's VM. She refused to send me to the attorney's VM. I had to raise my voice to let her know I had not been ugly to her and there was no reason for her to talk to me as if I were the one she could not handle.
Meanwhile, the attorney will not get the message and my friend, their client, is not aware of the reason for being blocked.
Mr. Kim's assistant was very rude and not at all helpful in any way even when I said I would let him know not to call collect.
Hopefully my friend, their neglected client (hasnt talked to or seen Mr. Kim in a while) is able to find better representation.
And to the LA-you could have just as easily accepted one call to inform him no collect calls and allow him through just that one time. That would not have taken up as much of your time as the way you chose to handle the situation did. And I would bet you would block all calls to your boss from anyone that had a complaint against you.

Philip Kim and his practice saved my day. I quickly found myself in a legal situation in Georgia that could have gone very badly. Because of Mr. Kim and his assistance, I was able to avoid the worst consequences that could have came my way. I recommend his law practice for anyone's legal needs!
