My family member received notice of a mandatory court appearance for a traffic ticket on a Monday via the previous Saturday evening mail that we didn't open until Sunday (the day before) evening. I called Mark's office and left a message Sunday evening, not expecting to hear back until Monday morning. He called me back immediately and handled the case efficiently, expeditiously and with a favorable outcome; and with a flat fee. We are grateful, Mark, to you and your team!
