In July, I was unfortunately involved in an accident in Hawthorne. I was turning left into someone's driveway, so I could back out and turn around. While turning left, someone passed me on the left and hit my drivers door. Cop showed up, and wrote me a ticket for an illegal U-turn....a 3 point ticket. I got an ad for Mr. Cascone in the mail, along with many other attorneys. I decided to go with Mr. Cascone, since he was local, and could make it to a physical court appearance if necessary. I am happy I did. It took a while due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, but Mr. Cascone got the ticket dismissed! Talked to the prosecutor, and argued the cop wrote the wrong statute, and they agreed. Judge did not argue either. Mr. Cascone even got the record sealed in case there is ever a lawsuit from the other party (which there will never be, because the other parties insurance already accepted fault)....but still for $350, it was complete peace of mind. Well worth it. Mr. Cascone is a great person to deal with. It was a pleasure doing business with you, sir....but I do hope the next time I see you is NOT business related. lol

I had a great experience with Mr. Cascone. I was very worried about losing my license with a ticket I received but Mr.Cascone assured me that he can save my license and he did!!
