I contacted and hired Will Weiss after he was referred to me by another lawyer who came highly recommended by friends of mine but ultimately didn’t work in NJ. Best decision I made. Not to give too much of my business away, I’ll try to sum it up quickly. I had warrants from 16-25 years old that I was so nervous to address. I unfortunately let it hinder my life for so many years, including my driver’s license (even though my charges weren’t driving related). I ended up being caught “driving unlicensed” in PA and it was the final kick in the butt I needed to finally address this.
Will got my ticket here in PA pled down to something that wouldn’t interfere with my ability to eventually drive here.
He was also able to address the 7 Disorderly Conducts/Misdemeanor and FTA warrants I had in NJ. Again I don’t want to go into too much detail, but they were shoplifting and drug related. We worked together to have a couple “Disposed” and 4 or 5 completely dismissed within a month and a half! I was then able to pay restoration in NJ and take my test here in PA. I’m ecstatic to say I passed my driving test today and for the first time since 2003 I am allowed to legally drive again! I was ticketed for driving on 11/25 and licensed to drive again with no warrants or any more legal issues on 2/26.
I was very nervous and anxious, Will was never impatient with me, never misled me, and was always very forthright in what could happen and all the consequences. He always replied to my texts in a timely manner, and treated my husband and I with the utmost respect.
I will forever be grateful to Mr. Weiss and his Lawfirm. I will never need a lawyer again, but God forbid I were to ever even get a speeding ticket, he’ll be my very first call! I highly recommend him! For anyone with old charges like I had, please address it. And a word of advice: NEVER go to court without representation of some kind! Time gets away from us and I urge you not to let ANYTHING interfere with living your life. My biggest regret wasn’t necessarily the mistakes I made when I was younger, but waiting so long to address it and finally put it behind me. This is an amazing feeling and I will forever be grateful to Will! ❤️
