I generally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent attempt to schedule a consultation.
I initially contacted the West Chester office on April 15th to arrange a consultation and was advised that I would be contacted by April 16th to speak with an attorney. After not receiving any communication, I followed up in the afternoon of April 16th. At that time on the April 16th telephone call, I was informed by the receptionist that their firm is not currently accepting new family law clients (something that should have already been on record and disclosed during my initial contact April 15th). It is extremely disappointing that I was not contacted to be notified of this sooner—particularly when I was told to expect a follow-up within 24 hours. Given the time-sensitive nature of my case, this lack of communication was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I found the response I received to be dismissive, lacking any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

Talk about an easy transaction. Lee is the upmost professional. He was there early for me, he was very helpful. For anyone on the fence of whom to choose for a lawyer, I wouldn’t look further.

Called 2/28 to request a consultation. Agreed on a 1pm appointment on 1/3. No call, I called the office, was told they were in an emergency meeting, they will call me 3:30pm, apologized. 3:30pm, no call. I wait until 4:30 to call the office, they apologize and tell me they'll give me a ring in the next 10 minutes. No call.
