Phil is incredible! My brother-in-law was stuck in Cook County jail over a 20-year-old traffic violation from Cobb County, GA, completely unaware of a warrant. He couldn’t even be offered bail until transferred, which wouldn’t happen until Monday—meaning he could have been stuck for days, all over something from two decades ago.
