They were extremely professional but also personable, which was so nice and very much appreciated dealing with the stress. They answered all of my questions, they explained the whole process and what everything meant, they were very quick to respond, and their confidence made me feel at ease. They took care everything and went to court for me (I live out of state). When I got the email from my paralegal Bettina of my favorable outcome, I cried from the relief. I've never been in a legal incident or needed an attorney. It was so hard to find anyone that would even be nice or even try to work with me. You should absolutely contact the Las Vegas Defense Group. While we were fortunate that we didn’t ultimately need to use their services, our experience with them meant a great deal to us. I had spoken with several other attorneys who were quick to ask for a retainer of several thousand dollars.
When I spoke with Erik from the Las Vegas Defense Group, his approach was completely different. He told me he wouldn’t feel right taking any money from us until we knew whether the city attorney was actually going to move forward with the case. Over the four-month waiting period, I reached out to Erik many times with different questions and concerns. Every single time, he answered patiently and never once asked for payment.
That meant more to us than he probably realizes. Erik came across as honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, and that gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time.
