My experience with Aaron Schlossberg was disappointing and unprofessional. I found him to be unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns, which made communication extremely difficult. Throughout our interactions, he seemed more focused on his own perspective than on understanding or addressing the issues at hand. His lack of empathy and professionalism left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected a much higher level of care and responsibility from an attorney practicing in New York. Unfortunately, his approach did not reflect the diligence or respect one should expect from a legal professional. I hope he takes this feedback constructively and improves his client service in the future. I would encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before deciding to work with him. While everyone can have an off day, consistent patterns of poor communication and disregard for client concerns can seriously damage trust. Overall, my experience did not meet the standard of professionalism I had hoped for.
