Wow where do I begin, I went into this case feeling scared nervous like I had nowhere to turn. When I met Mr. Wallenstein he changed all that. The night I got arrested I had my sister call him at 2am, he answered and right away took action to represent me. He handled my case with such care and professionalism. He treated the case as if it were him in the situation I was in. He reassured me everything would be fine and it was exactly that. I’m going to keep it real, Mr Aaron Wallenstein is the best DWI lawyer in NYC!!!! He is very straightforward and very knowledgeable. He always kept it real!!!! He went over my charges to explain to me the severity of them and at the arraignment in Brooklyn criminal court he got my top charge dismissed which was a felony!!! Aaron is amazing. He made our relationship personal, I could always reach him and he made it so I didn’t have to do anything. Paid his retainer and that was that. I didn’t have to go to his office or show up in court. He made the experience which was already very traumatic much more manageable.
