Jay Weinberg is the best criminal defense attorney I have ever worked with. I had a disorderly persons offense and he got it dismissed by the second court date ! From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. He was brutally honest and respectful. I have so much respect for him .

Jay Weinberg is the best Lawyer you cannot afford to pass up. After a very long process with the state we finally finalized my charges from 6 tickets down to 1 ticket!!! Also the judge told me I should be ecstatic with Jay and all he had done to get me the best possible deal. If the Judge mentions how well your lawyer performed, that’s saying something.
Jay went above and beyond for my case, the persistence and decades of experience allowed me to leave the court room with a $200 fine. I was facing tens of thousands in fees and fines. Great guy, down to earth, honest hard working man. I cannot Thank Jay enough for all he did for me at a time when I needed it most. A long review for sure, but if it helps someone in need of counsel to hire Jay for his services it is worth it. Also, I had a few issues during the time waiting for the state. Jay advised me on multiple issues that I hadnt even hired him for and the advice worked.

If you need a municipal court matter resolved, Mr. Weinberg is the best lawyer you could hire. He is straightforward, realistic, and diligent with his work. My case extended over 3 months, and he was there checking on me throughout the whole time. He doesn't sugarcoat things; he tells it how it is.
