Greatest law firm in the manhatan! They have 3 or more other locations which is extremely convenient and helpful. My experience with them was nothing but wonderful. I had a consultation with Michael Zigismund and was very disappointed. The appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. During the consultation, my documentation was not reviewed, and I was discouraged from showing important materials on my phone. My answers were repeatedly cut off and dismissed, and the tone of communication felt impolite and unprofessional.
The consultation lasted only about 15 minutes, and I paid $200 for what felt like ineffective and inefficient support. He told me to come back and pay $0 once I was “ready to answer his questions,” which I found confusing and inconsiderate. Based on my experience, it seemed the focus was more on payment than understanding my circumstances. I had high expectations based on the firm’s reputation, but I left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and disheartened.
I do not recommend this law firm based on my experience with Michael Zigismund. I have consulted with several attorneys, and I found his communication style to be the worst.

I had a great experience with Robert. He was Focused, Energetic, Thorough and followed through with all of our communications. Most importantly, during our exchanges, he had a very friendly manner, yet was extremely locked in and focused on everything I was saying and presenting to him. Great Job in my opinion.
