I had an excellent experience with Tsigler Law. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and made sure all of my questions were answered throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
A special thank you to Walter Roesch, Emily Zarceno, and Ryan Forbes for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication throughout my case. Emily was always helpful and kept me informed, and the entire team worked hard to ensure I felt supported every step of the way.
If you’re looking for a law firm that truly cares about its clients and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend Tsigler Law. Thank you again to Walter, Emily, Ryan, and the entire team for all of your hard work.

Alex and Ralph were wonderful to work with. They were patient, supportive, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout my case. They genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible outcome.
My case was ultimately dismissed, and I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal representation.

I paid top dollar for what was supposed to be professional legal representation, but instead received misinformation and a level of disorganization that could have seriously harmed my case. Honestly, a free public defender would have been more helpful.
Most concerning was that I was given advice by staff that, if followed, could have created serious legal consequences for me. I ultimately had to verify and correct information on my own to avoid potential problems.
At my court appearance, I actually had to leave the courtroom after my case was called to notify my attorney because the paralegal was not paying attention and the attorney was in another room handling a different matter. That level of unpreparedness was unacceptable.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was never clearly informed whether I would even have representation for my second court date. I only received confirmation after I contacted the office myself the day before the hearing. Because of that lack of communication, I had been preparing to represent myself the entire time.
In the end, the firm provided no meaningful assistance or benefit to my case. The outcome would have been the same regardless of whether I had hired representation. I paid a premium for legal services that were disorganized, poorly communicated, and potentially dangerous.

I retained the Law Offices of Robert Tsigler in early February 2026 and paid a $3,500 retainer based on their reputation, expecting a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
It took approximately 11–12 days for the firm to file its appearance, and nearly three weeks before I had a meaningful conversation with the initially assigned attorney, John Fink. During that time, communication was limited and there was little sense of urgency.
In late February, after I raised concerns about communication and the handling of my case, Mr. Fink stated that “we will be withdrawing as your counsel” while my case remained unresolved and an active warrant was still outstanding. I raised these concerns because of the firm’s reputation and expected the issue to be addressed by management.
Instead, I was reassigned to Scott Migden and told the matter would be handled quickly. However, over the following weeks, I did not observe meaningful progress. No motions were filed, and I was repeatedly told the firm was “waiting to hear back from the prosecutor,” with no clear advancement in my case.
When I requested updates, I was often directed to phone calls instead of receiving written responses, and those calls consistently provided the same information without new developments.
When I reviewed the billing statement, a significant portion of the charges appeared to be for communication, internal discussions, and administrative tasks rather than substantive legal work. I was also told there was essentially no case file beyond what I had provided, yet the billing reflected work on a “case file,” which I found inconsistent.
I also later learned that the original attorney remained listed as my attorney of record in the New Jersey court system as of April, which added to my concern about who was actively handling my case during that time.
After all of this, I was informed that continued representation would require an additional $6,500. I had no issue paying additional fees if meaningful work had been performed, but based on the billing and lack of progress, I did not feel further fees were justified.
After I indicated I intended to leave an honest review, I received a response from Joseph Caldarera stating that the firm would respond through legal or professional channels if necessary, which I found concerning.
Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the communication, billing practices, and overall handling of my case, and I am pursuing fee arbitration and an ethics complaint in New Jersey.

I had a great experience with Robert. He was Focused, Energetic, Thorough and followed through with all of our communications. Most importantly, during our exchanges, he had a very friendly manner, yet was extremely locked in and focused on everything I was saying and presenting to him. Great Job in my opinion.
