Would never recommend hard pass. They didn't believe in my case that they could win despite me a non lawyer providing solutions how to approach, seemed not worth their time. How are you going to see a consistent pattern of certain cases similar to mine and by this time not have a work around or a way to combat. They had my case for almost 2 months and all I heard was more obstacles then solutions. I provided my documents to be able to dismiss 1 out of 2 tickets I did half their job for them. Critical thinking and problem solving was not their strong suit in my case. They were able to negotiate same deal that they offered me so it was more then waste of money on my end I thought I would get better effort for what I paid for. Keep in mind this was my experience so I am just giving you my perspective so it worked out for you I am glad it did. Please don't tell me to reach out unless you going to give me half this money back at least, you did some what of a service so.

I retained Rosenblum Law to assist with a falsely filed restraining order and to begin the process of securing parenting time and custody for my daughter. I appreciate that the firm helped finalize an agreement that resulted in joint legal custody — an important outcome I value.
That said, the dismissal of the restraining order had already been proposed by the opposing party before I hired the attorney, so the groundwork for that result was in place before representation began. While the attorney helped formalize the outcome, I felt the preparation and communication throughout the process lacked the thoroughness I expected.
I had submitted a detailed and organized record of evidence early on, but it wasn’t clearly reviewed before our first conversation. Follow-up actions, including contacting opposing counsel, were delayed until shortly before the court date, which made everything feel rushed and reactive.
Although joint custody was ultimately granted, the agreement left me with only limited video communication and no physical visitation — despite having no history of violence, neglect, or instability, and being a full-time father to two children. I was also informed that continuing into mediation would require a new retainer, despite already paying $4,000, which left me feeling unsupported in moving forward.
I’m thankful for the joint custody outcome, but I wish the representation had been more proactive and strategic in ensuring a more complete and immediate parenting arrangement.
