I had a very positive experience with Mr. Levine and I would always highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good lawyer. He represented my adult son in a difficult case regarding damage to some sensitive property, and David was able to get the charge reduced from a felony to a violation (not even a misdemeanor), ensuring that my son would have no criminal record. David Levine is a great attorney and highly recommended. David has represented me twice. The first time he was able to get me ten days community service for a Class B Felony charge, which he got erased from my record completely. The second time I was charged with felony burglary and felony assault. Even though I was looking at multiple years in prison, David was able to get me a fifteen month drug program. He also had the two felonies dropped to misdemeanors upon completion of the program. Thanks to David I have no felonies on my record when I should have three and more importantly, I am free. David Levine gave me a second chance at life and I couldn't thank him enough for everything he has done. I don't plan on getting in trouble again, but if I did, I would definitely call David. He is very professional but at the same time down to earth as well. Again, I highly recommend Mr. Levine.
