I can’t thank Mr. Marshall enough for helping us out of a tough situation with a speeding ticket. From the very beginning, he was professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and then went above and beyond to deliver the best possible outcome.

I don’t usually write reviews good or bad but I had to write one after my experience with Paul Koutouzakis yesterday October 22nd in Bayonne criminal court. I was being charged with theft of service. This case has been on going for about five years because of Covid and the fact that the complaining witness kept missing dates because they were sending the mails to the incorrect address. Finally yesterday was a trial date and despite the fact that I wasn’t able to provide the proper documents to support my case Paul looked over at me and said “ just watch me do my thing “
When the case was called and the judge gave the complaining witness and opportunity to speak he perjured himself within his first three sentences. The prosecutor was also trying to set trial for another day based on the fact he didn’t have all his documents. Paul was not having it he wanted a dismissal to be granted immediately.
Paul ripped into the complaining witness and pointed out all the faults in the prosecutors inability to prove their case in an effective manner. I tried so hard to hold my laugh in and the judge dismissed the case because of how persistent Paul was to point out all the prosecutors faults. I immediately hired Paul for my criminal mischief case I have out of Hackensack municipal and I’m confident we will get the same results.
