They took the time to really understand my son’s background (first offense, EMT/first responder, college student with a clean record) and explained the process in clear, simple terms. Communication was excellent, every email laid out exactly what was happening, what to expect next, and what we needed to do.
In the end, they were able to have a 4-point speeding ticket reduced to Unsafe Operation with 0 points, and the second ticket was completely dismissed. There was no license suspension and everything was handled without us having to appear in court.
