Attorney Sherman was incredible to work with! He had been referred to me by way of a CT supreme court judge and after I read the reviews, I was sure Mark was who I wanted to represent me. I could not have asked for a more capable and effective attorney to help me navigate the New Haven court system and both he and his team were incredibly reassuring and supportive during what was a very unfamiliar and stressful time for me. Not only was Attorney Sherman able to achieve the outcome I originally desired, but he went above and beyond to advocate for restorative justice for me and I sincerely appreciated that! I stumbled upon Mark Sherman’s law firm online last Saturday, and to my delight, he personally returned my call promptly. After reading glowing reviews of their professionalism and efficiency, decided to chose them, especially since I needed an attorney in Stamford. My situation was time-sensitive, with only two days before my court date on Tuesday. However, Amanda Telesco, whom I was assigned to, proved herself to be exceptional at her craft.
Incredibly, my courtroom experience lasted a mere 45 seconds, culminating in the dismissal of my charges. Mark and his team truly live up to their reputation; they are not just competent, but exemplary in every sense. I sincerely hope no one finds themselves in need of an attorney, but if the situation arises, Mark and his team are unequivocally the ones to turn to. When I was first hit with allegation from DCF, I was appointed a Union Lawyer. This "appointed" lawyer sat back and let false accusations lead to a substantiation. The school district never supported me or gave me the opportunity to defend myself. It always felt like those "working for me" were always going against me.
After learning this, I found Mark and Kathy, who are the absolute best! I finally felt I had someone on my side and working to support me. Mark and Kathy came through for me and I wish I used them from the beginning. They care about you as a person and keep you informed every step of the way. All the decisions they made are with your best interest mind.
